Job Description:The Banking Book team serve as the liaison between Funds Transfer Pricing and LOB, responsible for all methodology, analytics and reporting within purview.Responsibilities include:· Leads evolving FTP methodology agenda, ensuring coordination with BSM/LRM· Analyzes and report on FTP results (both LOB and Firm-wide)· Partners directly with LOB Finance and business partners to explain impacts· Create and present professional presentations to aid in communication· Assists LOBs in forecasting FTP and explaining FTP drivers· Develop and maintain ad-hoc analyses to research product and FTP results· Manages and mitigates operational risk/controls in the execution of FTPEnterprise Role OverviewResponsible for the more complex design and support management accounting systems.

Examples include cost allocations, funds transfer pricing and equity capital allocation systems.

Supports achievement of business goals by working on more complex activities or projects with others within the unit and with partners.

Leads projects and coordinates resources.

May provide supervision to a small staff.

Can manage partner relationships.Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience2-5 years of relevant finance experience in a large corporate environment in a financial analyst type roleAbility to learn complex finance topics, such as interest rate risk, foreign currency and basis risk, and Firm-wide product offeringsAbility to learn Treasury function, with funds transfer pricing or asset/liability management experience a big plusUnderstanding of BAC financial processes, including general ledger and forecastStrong analytical skills; able to tie results into story and ‘big picture’Excellent stakeholder relationship management abilities to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships across the organizationExecution-oriented; with ability to quickly organize work and execute with speedExcellent communication skills – written and verbalAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsDesired Skills and Experience:EPM experienceAutomation tools (Tableau, Alteryx)Posting Date: 06/06/2019 Location: Charlotte, NC, BANK OF AMERICA CORPORATE CENTER, 100 N TRYON ST, - United States Travel: Yes, 5% of the time Full / Part-time: Full time Hours Per Week: 40 Shift: 1st shift
