Senior Financial Analyst Independent Agency Group The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with stakeholders within the Plymouth Rock Independent Agency Group and across the various Enterprise Financial teams to support strategic business planning, MA related activities and financial analysis.
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting both the Independent Agency Group executive team and the Head of MA and Strategy Planning.
Primary responsibilities include handling and managing the improvement of the planning process, analyzing results and engaging in improvement initiatives throughout the Independent Agency Group and Finance function.
In addition to supporting the FPA team, the senior financial analyst will also play a key role across all MA related activities from company screening through contract negotiation.

Responsibilities Independent Agency Group Support the Independent Agency Group with analysis-based justification for the launch or continuation of business and technology strategic initiatives.
Identify resolutions to address problemsissues and presents recommendations to management.
Drive critical and complex analysis and reporting of financial and operational variances to both plan and forecast.
Develop financial plans and forecasts to support Plymouth Rock Independent Agency Group execution.
Drive key process improvement initiatives for the Independent Agency Group including improved IT project management and expense analysis.
Participate in various other special projects and ad hoc requests.
MA and Strategy Support Provide key support across all MA related activities.
This includes market analysis, company screening and profile creation, financialvaluation modeling, due diligence support and project management.
Work with business leaders to provide strategic market intelligence including keeping them abreast of recent changes in the market, competitor research, etc.
Creation of presentations and other materials to be used in discussions with business unit Presidents and the Board of Directors.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting preferred) or equivalent experience.
3 years of financialanalytical experience with in-depth knowledge of complex financial analysis and modeling, due diligence, strategic analysis and company and market research.
Accounting knowledgeskills preferred.
Must be self-directed and able to work independently Excellent oral and written communication skills able to clearly communicate findingsresults in an easy to understand manner.
Strong attention to detail.
Clear thinking problem solving ability to quickly grasp new ideas.
