If so, we want to hear from you DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a highly skilled multi-faceted senior program manager with proven experience managing complex technology programs spanning IT, infrastructure, data centers and information security.
Your communication, data analysis, program & project management, and ability to successfully execute in a matrix environment will ensure your success in this capacity.
REQUIRED SKILLS:3 years experience managing large highly complex security products and programsSolid understanding of networking and infrastructure architectures and components.
Familiarity with Linux and Windows.Past experience in driving projects and programs in a SaaS, PaaS or IaaSenvironment.Past experience driving large scale infrastructure security initiatives.Technical knowledge in one or more of the following: security, security architecture, cloud architecture, product security, detection and response is required, but not an engineering knowledge level Track record of successfully building alliances with teams in a matrix environmentAbility to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alikeAbility to triage, prioritize, track and drive initiatives across diverse workstreams.Strong listening, influencing, negotiation, diplomacy, and motivationalskills.Ability to understand business and technical requirements, capture andsummarize key points, and communicate them at levels appropriate to youraudience.Ability to successfully collaborate with multiple technical functions in the areas of infrastructure, technical operations, software engineering and security.Outstanding detail-oriented organizational skillsAbility to successfully execute even if requirements are not yet fully understood or definedStrong self starter with a history of successful project executionStrong quantitative and analytical skills, proven ability to track and successfully complete complex programs Information Systems OR Computer Science Bachelor's DegreeDESIRED SKILLS:Thorough understanding of enterprise software development and infrastructure processes and lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile or similar methodologiesPast experience driving full lifecycle projectsCISM and/or CISSP certificationAgile/Lean certified a plusGoogle Apps (Sheets, Slides, docs etc), Smartsheet, Lucid Charts experience (or MS equivalent).Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboardsSeasoned professional in corporate communications, presentation, and risk awarenessExperience in driving key information security, compliance and other regulatory requirements internally and externallyInformation Systems Or Computer Science Masters Degree OR equivalent industry experienceSalesforce, the Customer Success Platform and world's 1 CRM, empowers companies to connect with their customers in a whole new way.
