Quality Systems Specialist

Job Description

The Senior Quality Systems Specialist acts as part of the Corporate DC North America structure to support the achievement of regional quality targets in all areas across the region. With a high focus on a continual quality improvement through recognizing digitalization opportunities and providing value added quality support. The position is expected to drive the organization to exceed customer expectations by leading projects to ensure a robust and efficient quality management system as well as continually improve the quality level of products, processes and services to our customers.

Lead multi-functional/multi-level regional projects across all organizational sites in North America

Serve as Quality Champion to one or more local key customers by representing various BUs and sites to customers regarding quality and providing Voice of the Customers to the organization

Guide and coach the organization utilizing Problem Solving Systematic and Quality Toolbox in all aspects of the business (Product and Non-Product Related aspects)

Support the Quality Strategy and lead the roll-out and implementation of assigned quality projects and initiatives

Provide hands-on support in Gap Analysis, Process Definition and Development followed by creation of resulting Regional Directives and Work Instructions

SAP Key User for DCNA QM Module

Quality Expert GDM Including dashboard development and maintenance

Robin Ticketing Expert QMM and Service Management

Regional EPQ Expert working with Product Engineering with multiple BUs and sites

Provide Expert digital support in developing datamining, analytic tools, and BOT Creation

Support the organization in the maintenance of Quality Certification as Lead Auditor ISO9000:2015

Work with other departments (e.g. Production, Engineering, Logistics, Sales, etc) on the continuous improvement of products, processes and services and support to build a quality excellence culture aiming to delight the customer

Support in preparing the organization to meet legal and customer expectations in the pursuit of new markets
