Achieve your ambitions—join us at JLL Our Corporate Solutions Group is currently seeking a Workplace and Occupancy Planning Lead.

The successful candidate is responsible for managing a team of workplace strategists and occupancy planning consultants while also driving growth for the Workplace & OP Consulting service offering.

This role ensures superior quality and consistent service delivery with financial targets and P&L ownership.

This leader will coach a team of individuals around the practice of workplace, occupancy planning and the ability to sell and deliver the services to current and new clients.

This position requires proven workplace expertise, management experience, business acumen as well as leadership around developing and implementing best practices and innovation as a part of the larger Workplace and Occupancy Strategy Practice, while managing a growing and transforming business.

Develop and execute sales strategy for workplace and Occupancy Planning Consulting services Develop proposals and marketing material content Represent Workplace & OP Consulting at industry events with “gravitas” Manage engagements of large projects (>$100k) Effectively lead presentations and facilitate stakeholder engagement at client meetings Provide guidance on execution of all workplace engagements Review of Practice Financials & Data to provide course correction/enhancement recommendations Review of Practice Workload to provide course correction/enhancement recommendations Management of the teams P&L, including budgeting and forecasting Talent Management for Workplace & Planning Consulting teams Drive employee engagement (Recruiting, Training Program, Career Development, etc.) Support tools for employee workload balance and coverage Direct Report Management as needed Provide the Occupancy Planning Service Line Leader with innovative options to elevate and expand the business supporting new work environments, new approaches to working and in support of enterprise initiatives with workplace implications Report on status of Workplace activities and initiatives and develop metrics on the effectiveness of workplace efforts Ability to work across cultures, languages and geographic regions with consistency Requirements: Degree in Architecture or Interior Design 10 years of Business Experience and Workplace strategy and Occupancy Planning and Project-Related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment.

Experience managing a P&L Industry presence (workplace and utilization) Executive experience attending and speaking at industry events A strong working knowledge of Workplace Management and Occupancy Planning Excellent MS skills including: Power Point, Excel, Word Experienced in managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously and remotely.

Strong written, graphic communication and verbal skills Ability to communicate ideas in a concise and summarized manner without personal bias.

Executive presence with the ability to influence and manage client stakeholders using superior relationship and leadership skills Ability to self-govern and make sound decisions.

Ability to collaborate with others and facilitate conflict resolution - internally and externally.

Ability to develop relationships that can lead to long term assignments.
