138442BR Job Description: Description: The successful candidate will provide full Security support to assigned program(s) to ensure Contractual, Company and NISPOM compliance.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide day-to-day Security Operations in support of the program(s).Identify Program’s critical asset(s) and technology(s), develop and document business process flow to assure critical program information protection.Conduct annual programmatic Self Inspections and ensure corrective actionsPrepare and maintain Security relevant documentation as contractually required.
E.g., OPSEC Plan, Technology Control Plan, Transportation Plans, Security relevant sections of the Program Protection Implementation Plans, etc.Provide required access briefings (e.g., NATO, CNWDI, NATO, etc.)Ensure Program’s classified documents inventories are validated annually.Conduct inquiries into NISPOM violations and prepare reports as requested by the Company Investigator and/or the Raytheon Counterintelligence Specialist.Coordinate incoming and outgoing classified visits and meetingsSupport and deliver response and guidance for all proposals and new business pursuits.Prepare Basis of Estimates, as required.Participate and support company and customer program interface meetings.Prepare documentation and coordinate international transfersCoordinate incoming and outgoing classified transmissions with Classified Document Control CenterCoordinate and approve classified hardware shipmentsPrepare weekly actions and status reports to the Program Manager and the Industrial Security Managers.Successful candidate must have the ability to work independently and on teams.
