Our Pension Administration Group provides state of the art co-sourcing and outsourcing solutions for defined benefit plans.The RoleIn this role you will be responsible for collaborating with other Willis Towers Watson leaders to develop and drive new business opportunities for our Pension Administration Business in the market.

This includes expanding relationships with current clients as well as obtaining new clients for the company.Specific responsibilities:Member of Pension Administration Sales Leadership: Work with other Sales Leaders by defining and executing sales management processes across pension administration and leading specific client/prospect marketing events and sales campaignsMarketing activities: Grow administration market share through:Executing on client retention strategyDeveloping leads for PAG services – both traditional and specialtyExecuting on sales processPersonal sellingLead, and develop content for specific client/prospect marketing plans for the large market and execute on such plans in collaboration with technology teams and other Retirement colleaguesProvide direction and leadership of pension administration go-to-market activities to achieve business growth plan for the large market in collaboration with the other sales leadersFinancial performance: Generate pension administration specific revenue and market share growth within the large marketCollaborate with other Lines of Business (LOB) to sell integrated servicesSubject matter expertise, thought leadership: Contribute to the development of priority services and consulting processes and demonstrate deep consulting capability in one or more competency areasKey Metrics:Administration market share growth in the large marketPension Administration Revenue Growth – for both traditional and specialty servicesPension Administration win / loss ratiosKey Working Relationships:With North American Pension Administration Sales & Marketing Leader to execute Sales & Marketing strategy consistent with financial objectives relating to revenue growthWith Retirement Sales Leaders to market pension administration servicesWith other LOB Leadership to successfully market cross-LOB tools and servicesThe RequirementsProven track record of generating new revenue with Fortune 1000 plan sponsors, or organizations of similar size10 years successful experience in managing and expanding outsourced pension administration relationshipsDeep knowledge of defined benefit pension plan design and administration issuesProven ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively with team members in other practices and at all levels to effectively sell and deliver on client needsAn executive presence with polished and well developed written and oral communication skillsInterest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in administration and outsourcing approaches and contributing to the development of new tools and approachesFlexibility with regard to travel that can range from 30-50%An undergraduate degree is required; advanced degree preferredThe CompanyWillis Towers Watson is a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company that helps clients around the world turn risk into a path for growth.
