As an Area Solutions Manager within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Boston, MA.MA - BostonRegularFull TimeGenerates new consumer and business opportunities and drives all aspects of location(s) performance, including individual expectations for outside business development.

Demonstrates PNC's values through active involvement in community organizations in a leadership capacity.

Builds a high performing team through the attraction, on-boarding, coaching and development of location team members.

Focuses on bringing PNC's products and services to the client through a varied set of event types.

Responsible for managing two or more Solutions Center Managers.Leads effective problem resolution.

Accountable for the successful, appropriate, and timely resolution of issues.

Identifies trends negatively impacting customer experience and collaborates with appropriate partners for resolution.Drives the employee experience.

Inspires, motivates, develops and grows team members and supervisors.

Leads change efforts and owns all outcomes.

Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert promotional sales opportunities.Manages operational, human capital, reputational and business risk through adherence to established policies and procedures.

Exercises sound decision making to identify and mitigate potential risk.Selling and/or observing at non-PNC locations requires reliable transportation and ability to lift and carry as follows: - Transportation: Managers must have access to reliable transportation (in most locations, use of public transportation or ride sharing services is not sufficient) to perform the following requirements: -Travel on average to 2 4 activation/on-sites sites per day with promotional materials (see below).

Daily travel distance can exceed 50 miles but will be limited to a defined geographic sales area.

-Work locations and times are generally set in advance, however, are subject to change at any time.

-Managers work at the activation/on-sites sites without other PNC employees at least 30- of the time.

- Lifting and Carrying: -Managers are required to lift, carry and transport items that weigh up to 25 pounds each.

An operations or production environment position typically requires 2 years of previous managerial experience.
