Description 

An exciting opportunity to build on your customer service skills working for our market leading client based in Hatfield.

If you have a confident telephone manner, a can do attitude then our client would like to hear from you.

This role focuses on your customer service skills, and personality so applicants from all backgrounds welcome Working Hours: 8 hour shifts over 5 days (40 hours/week) 10am-7pm.

Includes every Saturday.

Pay: £9.46 per hour Start Date: Wednesday 17th July.

Duration - 12 weeks.

Daily Duties will include: Managing customer expectations and resolving queries and complaints effectively.

Communicating with customers via telephone and email on a daily basis.

Ensuring that you provide the best support and are accommodating the customers with their complaints to the best of your ability.

Informing customers of promotions and gaining individual feedback.
