citizen eligible for a Public Trust - will take 6 - 8 weeks Bachelors - The Scrum MasterBusiness Analyst will serve as a dedicated team member who has the primary responsibility to support their self-organizing, self-managing team successfully achieve their daily, iteration, and release goals and delivery objectives.
The Scrum MasterBusiness Analyst will serve as a dedicated team member who has the primary responsibility to support their self-organizing, self-managing team successfully achieve their daily, iteration, and release goals and delivery objectives.
They do so by effectively applying, implementing and enforcing Scrum principles and practices, facilitating continuous improvement, and identifying and removing team impediments.
The Scrum MasterBusiness Analyst will also help protect the team from outside influences, which could otherwise interfere with the teamrsquos ability to deliver value in a short time-box (iteration).
The Scrum MasterBusiness Analyst will mentor the empowered teams and serves as the leadership proxy whose role is to assist the team in its transition to the new method, continuously facilitate a team dynamic intended to maximize performance of the team, and by continuously improving agile practices.
Applies the use of process improvement, re-engineering methodologies, and internet-related methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
Responsible for transitioning of existing organizations or project teams in accomplishing the organizationrsquos goals or project activities and objectives through improved use of internet and other automated processes.
Additionally, support the Product Owner with the documentation of User Stories and Acceptance criteria.
Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer.
Key coordinator between customers and multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of re-engineering efforts and application of best practice including e-business practices experience.
Mandatory Technical Skills Must have High School diploma or GED certification.
If no diploma or GED, must have 1-4 years of Scrum MasterBusiness Analyst experience.
