Good years of professional development experience on a Support team and have good knowledge of JAVA.
The ability to read, and understand a data mapping document to support existing applications.
Experience in technical customer user support, both 1st level support and 2nd level support with a specific focus on Application Management.
Manage support against contractual SLA's.
Ability to work with both internal team and an outsource vendor as part of the Support team Good technical experience in Unix, SQL Server and Documaker knowledge Experience with CICD Implementation (Jenkins, Bamboo, SVN, Bit Bucket).
Should be able to Troubleshoot and fix deployment errors for CICD.
