I am seeking a driven Account Manager to join a market leading Engineering supply company in North Kent. If you enjoy nurturing business relationships and working to profit-led targets then this is the role for you.
My client doesn't believe in activity-based KPIs and allows their Account Managers to set their own pricing structures.
Managing a portfolio of key clients to process orders and develop accounts
Proactively calling dormant accounts to re-convert
Building a client action plan
Sending detailed and accurate quotations
Advising clients on specific product ranges
Monitoring client spend
Negotiating margins to secure business at a price that benefits company and clientTo be successful in this role:
Experience in sales within construction or engineering industries
Passion for developing key relationships to increase sales
Strong negotiation skills
Experienced working to a profit target or calculating profit and marginsBenefits:
