Description 

I am looking for a Sales Manager or Sales Leader for client of mine who specialise in the provision of software solutions
Excellent salary and commission scheme
As part of the senior management team and taking a holistic perspective to manage issues; actively promoting best practice throughout the company; including the general running, setting targets, minimising risks, maximising opportunities, achieving the department targets and seeking to positively influence the progression and growth of the team by leading from the front
Sales Manager Role:
Responsible for managing the sales function to ensure best practices are followed, costs are controlled, the department maximises revenue generation and contribution to company's operating profit and increases the value added to the company.
Develop and maintain and understanding of my clients software solutions
Keep up-to-date with competitors' activities and initiatives alongside customer trends
Manage the sales team to identify opportunities to maximise sales productivity
Pro-actively follow up on agreed actions and activities within sales team
Work with your sales team to achieve team KPI's
Sales team one-to-ones, coaching and feedback sessions, training and development activity
Lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise and performance manage staff to ensure they are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the company's needs
Identify where individuals need additional support and provide appropriate interventions
Inspire Sales team and colleagues to adopt the right behaviours so that the customer experience is always exceptional and professional
Continue to grow and develop the outbound sales teamThis is a great chance for a successful sales person to further develop their leadership skills in helping to further develop and grow this successful team and business.
