We are seeking qualified candidates to work as a data entry/scheduler for for one of the largest and leading Telecommunications service providers in the nation.
Responsibilities include: Building and managing appointment availability for field technicians assigned work areas.
Work in partnership with leadership to retrieve/update field technician schedules, exceptions, and applicable information.
Coordinate the reallocation and assignment of field technicians to management areas to align with forecasting models and achieve/exceed work order service level agreements Direct contact with customers regarding appointments Qualified candidates should possess a basic PC knowledge and be familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Prior experience with tracking or dispatching tools is a plus, but not required.
Must be flexible with schedule and able to work 4:00AM to 3:00PM (4 days a week 10 hours shifts) and one weekend each week.
