A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a ASB Support Officer to join a Central London based Local Authority client for an initial period of 3 months. This is a full time temporary role.
Your key duties will include:
*Managing the ASB services general mailbox; providing holding replies to partners and responses to colleagues
*Managing service errors from contact centre agents; providing feedback and highlighting areas of development to create a seamless service
*Acting as a screen; reviewing cases allocated by the contact centre.
*Updating data spreadsheets on legal actions and referrals
*Logging ASB cases from events and internal reports
*Training contact centre agents and new starters on logging cases on orchard
*Collating information from the system for members enquiries, FOIs, CCTV justification, community triggers and case reviews.
*Booking meeting rooms for case conferences and meeting & greeting visitors
*Completing support referrals for customers
*Making courtesy calls to residents during periods of absence or annual leave to ensure weekly contact with the complainant is met
*Taking minutes during case conference meetings and ensuring these are uploaded to the system
*Reviewing the out of hours repairs tracker to have sight of any serious incidents that need to be addressed by the ASB team
*Leading on projects to support and improve the ASB service
*Attending work events, this may require outside of office hours working on some occasions
*Completing closed case survey spreadsheets every Monday to send to the projects team to ensure complainants can be surveyed in a timely manner
*Reviewing each case managers caseload and ensuring there is a balance between case numbers and risk levels.
*Completing courtesy calls to residents who have raised an ASB query or require general advice
As the client is keen for the candidate to hit the ground running previous experience of carrying out a similar role within Local Authority or public sector client would be beneficial.
