Purpose of Job
The main purpose of the Internal Sales Co-ordinator is to establish and follow up sales leads through such means as marketing campaigns and cold calling to sell and administer Audit & Inspection products to clients. The job holder will also carry out all administrative tasks associated with the sales process including reporting to Management and clients
Main Duties/Responsibilities
* Lead creation encompassing cold calling, leading/supporting appropriate marketing campaigns
* Assisting/costing of quotes and progressing to sale
* Administration of the lead to sale process
* Handover of sale to operations
* Updating of SAP (relevant software packages) of sales information
* Liaise with clients and communicate appropriate information internally
* Update and manage data held within our databases to ensure accuracy
* Answer calls and enquiries from clients in a professional and efficient manner following specific guidelines
* Supply progress reports both to management and our Clients through the whole sales process (as required).
Invoicing as required
* Engage and support other Business Units sales operations, attending meetings as required
* As required, assist with the administrative support for other activities within the Operations Directorate
