Description 

Our Digital Transformation (CMS) client are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their organisation on a permanent basis. This role is based in Woking.
They are a multi-disciplined, product-based company providing cutting-edge digital transformation solutions (CMS) to the Housing, Healthcare and wider market.
You'll be a "hands-on" with 2-3 years' experience as a project manager and will be responsible for delivering projects for customers and internal technical teams through Project Management Office. You'll have a very strong technical background, ideally in web technology and/or IT systems integration. You will enjoy the cut-and-thrust of a role with huge variety on a day-to-day basis that combines an almost military level of organisation with the happy extroversion required to communicate with customers about their project progress on a regular basis.
Your focus will be on customer satisfaction, making sure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification. You'll work within a great team of project managers and support/training professionals to help make sure that customers have the best experience from our client and its software solutions from day 1 throughout their life cycle as customers.
You'll have entrepreneurial flair and share their ambition to grow the company with cutting-edge web solutions, and you'll be a confident decision-maker who can understand and communicate priorities. You'll have a technical project management background and the experience needed to lead on high-value and complex projects.

The Role
Work with the business development team to support project management aspects of the sales process.
Provide accurate project management and implementation plans to support the bid / commercial process.
Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of assigned company products and solutions, on time and within budget. This includes:
Understanding the scope and requirements of each project and communicating them internally and externally;
Project planning;
Identifying key deliverables and milestones;
Critical path analysis;
Risk and issue management;
Resource planning;
Regular verbal and written communication;
Project documentation;
Reporting on progress and resource utilisation during and at the end of each project.Build relationships at all levels within the company's client base and the broader CMS marketplace.
Post implementation analysis to improve processes and highlight any product, training, and market requirements to the wider company.
Skills and competencies required
Required:
Strong technical background, especially web technology
Significant experience owning multiple technical projects (typically 15-25 concurrent) of all sizes, especially projects involving software systems and API-driven integration;
Experience of managing, monitoring, and accounting for projects;
Proven track record of delivering measurable results on time and against agreed KPIs;
Strong track record and experience in project management;
Commercial awareness;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to prioritise and multi-task;
Excellent organisation and planning ability;
Experience in presenting to both internal and external clients and stakeholders;
Commitment to working and communicating proactively across all teams within the company;
Process- and deadline-driven, yet a great team player.Highly Desirable:
Experience of project management in the public or the commercial sector, ideally for a software solutions vendor;
Qualification in relevant project management methodology (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile PM).Additional Information:
A full UK driving licence and own transport would be advantageous.
Due to the size and entrepreneurial nature of the business, you may be expected to complete tasks outside your core role requirements.
