Description 

We have the pleasure of supporting one our local clients in their search for part time payroll advisor. If you have experience within payroll ideally bureau based, then I would love to hear from you. The client is based in Banbury and you would be joining team of 4 as they support the client's customers in all their payroll matters. There is flexibility on hours however they are looking for someone to join the team on either a 20 or 25 hour week Monday to Friday.
Who will I be working for?
You will be joining a prominent local accountancy firm within Banbury who have seen fantastic growth over the last 30 years and offer a full range of services to their clients across a number of sectors.

Main responsibilities:
Prepare clients weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and annual PAYE in a consistently timely and accurate manner
Liaise with H.M. Revenue & Customs for PAYE queries
Respond to other client requirement needs linked to employment and other issues
Conform to RTI regulations in terms of online submittal of FPS and EPS in conjunction with clients
Involvement with Auto enrolment as and where appropriate, incorporating discussions with internal wealth planning teams
Electronic filing using Payroll software and HMRC website
Assist in the processing of BACS payments through the CreDec system.
To Monitor capability of submitting any returns electronically
Identify points for partner to raise with clients and to raise potential for additional services
Experience required:
In depth Payroll knowledge including statutory rates, year-end procedures and specialist payrolls such as directors payroll.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure.
Understanding of in-house systems such as IRIS Payroll, CreDec and Xero, or other accounts and in house systems would be beneficialWhat Next?
