R&D / New Tech Developer - £35K-55K Role: Researching, developing, and integrating the newest technologies on the market into the company’s ecosystem.
You’ll always know what the next upcoming technology will be Doing things the right way, fail fast and break things mentality.
Good communication skills; includes gathering requirements from internal stakeholders as to what they need, how they need it to work and integrate with other systems, and when they need it by Experience in Agile environment is essential.
Working with a company that is expanding its advanced technology team, I’m looking for a couple of open-minded, experienced, and talented Developers to join them to expand the team and build on its success.
I’m looking for someone who has worked in a few different companies and has experienced different environments, ways of doing things, tech stacks, etc and has a very good understanding of how software and the whole IT ecosystem fits together and works best.
You’ll be the sort of person that can’t help but read articles/ blogs etc on the next cool technology to come on the market, and get a project set up to see how you can break it, improve it, and use it to its best ability.
You’ll get the chance to come into work the next day and tell everyone about what you’ve read and see if there’s somewhere it could be used within the company Personality-wise, you’ll be someone who listens to others’ opinions, learns from them, and can concede if they have a better idea or use for the tech; they want people who have ideas and can genuinely work well in a team and bounce ideas off each other, whilst retaining a small ego.
