Housing Officer Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm £20,000 to £25,000 basic salary Temp to Perm (12 weeks temp) Bootle My client based just outside the city centre are looking for a Housing Officer to join their expanding team.
The role is offered on a temp to perm basis where the first 12 weeks will be temporary; once probation has passed you will be offered a permanent contract.
The company are a property developer so therefore are involved in construction, development, sales and lettings.
The main purpose of the role will be to support the Letting Manager to ensure that lettings are progressed from enquiry stage through to competition.
On offer is a basic salary of £20,000 to £25,000.
The working hours for the role are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
The main duties of a Housing Officer are; Progress lettings from enquiry stage through to competition (you will not be required to conduct viewings as the company have a dedicated team) Dealing with tenancy check ins and outs Conducting regular property inspections Being the point of contact for clients via telephone, email and face to face Maintaining regular contact with landlords and applicants Monitoring rent accounts and taking necessary action to recover debts (including legal action and attending court when required - full training and support provided) Managing all queries and breaches of tenancy conditions (including issuing warnings and notices) Identifying new opportunities Achieving targets To apply for the position of Housing Officer you must; Have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (company miles paid for) Have experience in lettings/within a lettings environment Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Be able to enhance the company’s reputation through professional conduct and attitude If you meet the above criteria then please apply online Keywords; housing officer; lettings; property; properties; tenancy; tenants; landlord; property development; property lettings; estate; sales; rent; rental; Liverpool; bootle; Merseyside
