The role is working as a dedicated Recruitment Partner for a Leading Global Insurance Provider.
It's pure delivery working on varied roles within the Insurance sector at a senior level with typical salaries starting from £50,000 - the roles are based across the UK.
No cold calling for new business, it’s an exclusive partnership - working on behalf of one of the best brands in Industry.
We are happy to consider Agency Recruiters who want to now go Client Side, perhaps move away from new business, or maybe an already experienced Account Manager who wants to work on behalf of one client - a True Recruitment Partner.
The role will involve direct sourcing, so a good network of Insurance Candidates is essential, LinkedIn and Job Board knowledge goes without saying Strong Stake Holder negotiation skills are also essential.
If need be we are happy to offer flexibility to work from home if needed.
Basic salary is negotiable based on experience, typically between £30 & £45,000 with an excellent bonus structure on top.
