My client now has an exciting opening for an Order Process Coordinator, the main function of the role is to process orders for both new customers and assist with changes on existing accounts.
You will be responsible for owning orders and ensuring services are delivered on time and to the specified quality.
Key Responsibilities: End to end order processing Processing of orders for both new customers as well as actioning adds, moves and changes Ensuring that your orders have the correct kit/licensing allocation Communication with all parties (this may, on occasion, include site visits to customer's premises) Working alongside the support teams for a consistent approach Ensuring that key people within the business are made aware of issues with any element of your order/s in a timely and effective manner Keeping internal systems up to date at each step of your orders Skills and Experience Required: Customer Service experience Positive attitude and willingness to learn Confident individual, with the ability to build customer relationships Essential knowledge of Office programmes Good communication skills both written and verbal Self-starter who can work independently as well as part of the team Benefits: 21 days annual holiday 8 bank holidays Pension Great opportunity for Career Progression Fun working environment and culture which includes Wellness Days and Team Events
