The Operations team within this business channel is responsible for all aspects of loan purchase, with a strategic focus on quality, efficiency, and process improvement.

Within Operations, a small business support team uses light-weight, rapid development analysis tools like Microsoft Excel Access to quickly deliver value.
Beyond quick-turn reporting, our combined skills in Process Engineering, Data Analysis, Statistics, Correspondent Operations knowledge, Software Development help us deliver insight beyond the initial ask.
This position is responsible for ad-hoc reporting and analysis, internal database administration, and workforce analytics.
Job duties include Reviewing Operations processes independently identify analysis needs, including but not limited to productivity tracking Delivering custom analysis to Operations Leadership via info-graphics, presentations, reports, or other media Completing interim or ad-hoc report requests Gathering requirements, create test plans, implement enhancements to existing databases Designing, documenting, creating new databases training junior staff on associated processes Creating processes to extract, transform, load data to and from other systems Developing testing frameworks, checklists, quality inspections, other tools to reduce risk ensure quality delivery Setting up data sources and building reporting for workforce management use Required Qualifications 5 years of reporting experience, analytics experience, or a combination of both or a BSBA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or businesssocial and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 3 years of reporting experience, analytics experience, or a combination of both Desired Qualifications Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Other Desired Qualifications Advanced Microsoft Excel skills VBA for Access Excel Verint Impact 360 or other Workforce Management Software Statistics Knowledge Minitab Statistical Software Process engineering experience Process Mapping with Visio UML (Unified Modeling Language) experience Software Testing Correspondent Operations Knowledge Microsoft SQL Server Database administration experience Job Expectations This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results.
