DIRECT HIRE Salesforce Developer (w Pardot and Linkpoint) Johns Creek, GA Wersquore looking for a Salesforce Developer with 3 years of experience with Salesforce, Pardot and Linkpoint for a great opportunity in Alpharetta, GA.
The Salesforce Developer will work within the IT Department reporting to the IT manager coordinating with Sales and Marketing to ensure we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of Salesforce based on our business needs.
We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements in order to enhance the system accordingly.
This person will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, provide training, and more.
Additionally, the Developer will perform administrative tasks including basic updates, adddelete users, adding custom fields and implementing various system customizations with the support of our Salesforce software vendor if required.
As Salesforce Developer you will Be responsible for all program development within Salesforce and integration to other Nichiha business applications.
Document business and technical requirements and resulting unit test scripts.
Work with the IT team to conduct change management activities necessary for successful implementations and feature improvements.
Participate and possibly coordinate in the execution of functional unit testing, user role testing, data analysis, and integration testing.
Provide daily support of Salesforce including but not limited to managing multiple user setups, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.
Work with management, strategic planning analysis with end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
Develop and create customized reports and dashboards Create and document application requirements by working together with those involved in the development of program enhancements and changes including key stakeholders, programmers, strategic planning and analysis staff andor outside vendors as needed.
Manage the software testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating actual software testing Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements Train new and existing users on how to use the application Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements Work with Project Management Office as a subject matter expert and process owner to improve and implement projects as needed Job Requirements Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools Experience with creating workflows, customer objects and fields, and troubleshooting validations Experience with Dataloader Excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on multiple projects.
