Our client, a well established organisation in the Hatfield area, have a need for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a permanent full time basis.
Working in a busy team and reporting into the Management Accountant, your responsibilities as the Accounts Assistant will include: Posting invoices Sales Ledger Reconciliations Payment runs Processing credit card transactions Finance queries Ad hoc finance support as needed The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years accounts experience, good Excel skills, be confident working to deadlines and building relationships at all levels.
Candidates who are actively studying AAT/CIMA/ACCA and keen to progress would be of particular interest.
