A contract (3 months plus) opportunity for an Assistant Manager has arisen with the local authorities in Rugby.
You will provide clerical and administrative support to the Waste and Transport Manager, a clerical and administrative support to the WSU Management Team and provide a range of administrative duties in connection with all the functions carried out by the Works Service Unit.
Skills and Experience: Educated to GCSE or NVQ Level 2 standard.
Able to prioritise and organise tasks to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
IT Literate and able to use different systems.
Able to demonstrate a good level of literacy and numeracy when compiling documents and inputting data into computerised systems.
Able to work as part of a team and with a flexible approach.
Hours of work are 8am till 5pm, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
