Legacy Asset Transfer (LAT) - Centralised Data Analysis (CDA) Consultant Salary: £25,000 to £38,000 Hours : Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Location: Swindon Contract: Permanent Role Purpose: To review cases to ensure the correct data is received and complete a Reduction in Yield (RIY) cost analysis to agreed service level agreements (SLAs) Main Accountabilities: Review data received to complete an RIY analysis and produce a draft client report for the introducing adviser Contact advisers and or providers when there are outstanding requirements Regularly chase advisers for receipt of outstanding requirements and review outstanding requirements received to see if case is ready for completion of RIY analysis QA and QC of colleague’s work Involved in the review and introduction of improvements to team processes and procedures Support the team manager, team leader, wider management team and colleagues, providing cover when needed Adhoc projects and tasks KEY ACTIVITIES Alignment of LAT process to Pension Regulation and Legislation, Financial Services market place and general changes TASK MANAGEMENT Cases analysed for RIY calculation and issue of draft report Turnaround of Query Returned cases Outstanding Query with Adviser cases QA and QC results Review of and introduction of improvements to LAT CDA processes and procedures Delivery of ad-hoc tasks and projects to agreed deadlines KEY RELATIONSHIPS Build and maintain professional and effective relationships with the following stakeholder groups.

Advisers, PAs and Paraplanners Practice Principles and Supervisors Support Centre Sales Process Sales Review Team and Complaints T&C Learning and Development Governance QUALIFICATIONS The following qualification is advantageous: Diploma or willingness to study for The following experience is essential: Minimum of 5 years within a Financial Services based role Knowledge of the following is essential: COBs products and sales process plus regulatory and legislation requirements Awareness of FCA TCF principles Market awareness MS Office, particularly Word & Excel Financial Crime, Data & Cyber Security Codes of conduct COMPETENCIES and SKILLS Sound judgement skills, ensuring impartiality and consistency Good problem solving, analytical and decision making Able to express ideas and opinions to influence others and confront issues Ability to communicate, listen and negotiate effectively at a variety of levels using various mediums Able to work well as an individual and part of a wider team Time management, planning, prioritising and organisation skills An attention to detail combined with high accuracy Able to build and maintain good working relationships Ability to deal with difficult customer situations Flexible in approach, can handle high work and associated pressures due to SLA delivery Remains calm when under pressure Results focussed
