We are currently working with a luxury app-based start-up who are looking for a Head of Marketing with experience building iconic brands in fast growing entrepreneurial environments to join the team on a FTC.
A pivotal role to the growth and success of the brand, the successful candidate will need the drive; commercial expertise; and passion to help build an iconic and commercially successful lifestyle brand from scratch.
The candidate must be an excellent communicator and be able to lead from the front: rolling up his / her sleeves to deliver outstanding results.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Overall responsibility for the brand positioning, marketing strategy and marketing budget Be an ambassador for the brand inside and outside of the organisation.
The successful candidate will challenge and inspire the business and the consumer Ownership of customer acquisition through paid, owned and earned channels Ultimate responsibility for PR, community management and CRM Shared responsibility with the product team to optimise conversion across the customer acquisition funnel Be the voice of the customer.
Ensure all aspects of the business are informed by customer data and insight - champion the use of customer insight to inform decisions across the business Work with colleagues across the business to establish the right measurement framework to ensure the impact of initiatives are fully understood Oversee the development of reporting processes for the marketing team to ensure the team is equipped to provide consistent insights into the effectiveness of campaigns.
These processes will determine whether further investment is prudent or not Lead a culture of growth within the organisation.
