Prior Consulting experience or multiple organization experience in leadership capacity that required project level work

Problem solving capabilities

Strong communication skills

Displays highly effective organizational skills

Ability to ask difficult questions in a tactful and strategic manner

Perform initial review of client current state operations, policies & procedures and/or systems

Create a project plan for enhancement options
