Responsibilities:
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for Supervision of the Therapy staff and direct patient care. It is expected that the Clinical Supervisor will use their professional judgment and adjust their hours between administrative and clinical roles according to demands relating to their performance responsibilities. Reports to Therapy Director or Manager. Supervises Clinical staff and students as well as other support staff involved with their unit. Supports all programs in the Rehabilitation Continuum and has working relationships with the Rehabilitation leadership team. Maintains working relationships with Hospital leadership, physicians, nurses, case managers, social workers, allied health professionals, ancillary services, and hospital support personnel. Approximately 50 percent of this position will be spent in supervision and administrative duties and 50 percent in direct patient care.
Qualifications:
Education Requirements
4 year/Bachelor's Degree
Experience
Experienced PT, OT, or ST preferred
Certification and Licensure
PA Physical Therapy License
