The Product Owner Software Solutions will drive the execution of our collaboration strategy across 3 pillars: communications, content, and work management. This job will create the Collaboration strategy for Zebra employees by identifying user personas and their needs as collaborators, selecting and deploying tools, methods and processes for collaborating across the diverse user personas that make up the Zebra collaboration ecosphere, delivering highly reliable platforms and solutions that enable effective collaboration, and reimagining and evangelizing how to collaborate to deliver Zebra products and services in a rapidly changing marketplace


* Enabling collaboration technologies and processes from idea to operations.

* Engaging stakeholders, understanding business needs, and prioritizing the product backlog in Jira to maximize value delivered.

* Providing vision for the Agile team(s) working on the backlog.

* Defining collaboration user personas by working style and identifying what capabilities are needed so the user can collaborate effectively

* Developing and championing communities of practice and collaboration knowledge sharing across business users and functions

* Deploying collaboration tools to meet the requirements and expectations of the business

* Continuously refresh and reimagine the Zebra collaboration strategy, roadmap and blueprint to envision the evolving needs of the business for delivering Enterprise Asset Intelligence

* Measuring the effectiveness of the collaboration strategy through Key Performance Indicators and metrics

* Establishing relationships with key business and technology stakeholders. Deploying collaboration tools to meet the requirements and expectations of the business. Soliciting stakeholder feedback.

* Communicating the vision and prioritizing the backlog for the Agile implementation team. Make frequent and dynamic prioritization decisions.



* Bachelors degree in Engineering or computer science or demonstrated commensurate experience.

* Minimum 8+ years of successfully delivering innovative and forward-thinking solutions

* At least 3 years experience working Agile methodology

* Demonstrated experience in product management discipline and working in Agile delivery teams.


* Experience in software development using Java/ object Oriented C++ or C#.

* Technical experience with defining and delivering collaborations strategies, architectures and operating models.

* Demonstrated capability in categorizing end user types and working styles and translating that into technical requirements for proven solutions.

* Knowledge of leading and implementing change management and continuous learning programs with end user communities.

* Experience with Product Management/Ownership; defining andmaintaining product architecture blueprints and roadmaps.

* Seeking candidates with entrepreneurial spirit, creative thinking, and servant leadership

* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in at least one major collaboration tool provider, such as Microsoft, Zoom, Slack, Google

* Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.

* Substantial track record of delivering technology solutions to meet the strategic needs of business operations.


* Comfortable with rapid pace and ambiguity.

* Energy and vision for pushing new ideas and change within organizations

* Strong consensus building and conflict management skills.

* Ability to work independently and with a cross functional teams and at all levels of the organization.

* Strong leadership skills and desire to take on additional responsibility in the future.

* Strong Communication and presentation skills.

* Experience with people management
