Production Supervisor


REAL ALLOY is the global market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. We operate in 23 facilities strategically located in 6 countries across North America and Europe. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Our headquarters is located in Cleveland, Ohio.


The Production Supervisor at our Morgantown SPF facility will be responsible for all plant operations, and Landfill operations


Direct and supervise and hold accountable hourly personnel in the operation of the Mill and Landfill Train employees in job duties.

Established production schedules, quality specifications, according to customer requirements.

Direct and enforce Inventory and Quality Control Procedures.

Ensure proper record keeping of shift activities.

Responsible for the safeguarding of all plant assets.


Supervise hourly plant employees 

Three years leadership experience in a manufacturing setting with supervisory experience leading crews. 

Proven ability to function with minimal supervision while also leading others toward project goals.

Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve and multi-task. Must be able to influence and work effectively with all levels of employees.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office. Strong mathematical competency.

Understand equipment maintenance.
