The Account Manager will develop, create and manage new accounts for our Educational Services team. He or she will proactively generate new business and strengthen existing client relationships, exceeding sales goals and offering exceptional client service.

* Proactively call into prospective clients (schools) to generate new business

* Ensure the satisfaction of clients through proactively meeting their staffing needs

* Continuously generate client leads using high volume calls and emails

* Submit appropriate candidates for assignments with our contracted schools (rehab, therapy and nursing)

* Renegotiate contracts with clients resulting in mutually beneficial terms

* Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement


* Bachelor's Degree

* Direct relevant experience in staffing account management and sales OR top producing, relevant business development and sales experience

* Proven success in a metrics driven environment

* Client centered mentality and passion for customer service

* Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships

* Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals

COMPENSATION: $50k+ base DOE + commission
