The Credentialing & Compliance Manager will act as a leader on our team, working cross departmentally to ensure accurate submittal of Healthcare professionals documentation and strategically managing projects across multiple areas of the business. Theyll create and implement new processes to help the team continue to meet and exceed facility requirements while providing exceptional experiences for Ayas healthcare professionals. This role will also be responsible for promoting a team atmosphere and developing a bench of incoming team leads and other department leaders.

* Facilitate problem solving on high-risk, critical escalations extending beyond the bounds of established policy and procedures.

* Partner with leaders across all Aya divisions and departments to improve collegial work environment, build trust and accelerate communication or service delivery.

* Present department or team strategy, progress to goals, and updates on department initiatives during team discussions, quarterly business reviews, or other large meetings which include business leaders across Aya to promote results, build relationships, and inspire continued performance.

* Develop and execute strategy communication and project plans related to yearly team initiatives (e.g. technology implementations, reorganizations, etc.)

* Develop bench of incoming Team Leads and other department leaders. Discuss career interests and leadership development needs to support personal, professional and business growth.

* Evaluate potential leadership candidates utilizing behavioral-based interviews and competency assessments to build effective teams.

* Promote a team atmosphere between the department and those internal groups we have direct interaction with, through internal customer service standards and rapport building.

* Adheres to the Department Core Values and is a shining example of all Core Competencies.

* Demonstrated ability to help resolve personnel issues and keep the workplace running at peak efficiency.

* Establish and maintain long-term working relationships with healthcare providers and client facilities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

* Frequently manage communication with external facilities and healthcare providers

* Call attention to discrepancies and work amicably with coworkers to perfect documents.

* Learn and maintain knowledge base of current company, state and federal regulations to ensure the greatest possible compliance

* Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to resolve issues and conflicts that may arise.


* 5 years of experience in compliance, credentialing, or related work.

* Proven ability to lead strategic projects successfully with little to no direction.

* Demonstrated self-starter, shows initiative and the drive to be successful.

* MUST have direct industry experience in a similar role.

* Meticulous and detail-oriented mindset.

* Exceptional customer service skills.

* Innate aptitude for problem solving.

* Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
