* Pediatric Lead Speech Language Pathologist position available to begin in ASAP!
* Lakeland, FL
* Full Time / 8 Hours daily / 40 hours weekly

SUPERVISION RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain daily/weekly availability to support therapists regarding evaluation planning, treatment planning, parent/teacher communication, to ensure practice standards are met
* Meet with each therapist 60 min/week after initial hire date
* After 90 day review, meet with each therapist 30 min/week
Meet with junior therapists in discipline 1 hour weekly
Run reports and train therapists on MAKE A battle plan.

* Completed Documentation
* Report/documentation proofing (timeliness and quality)
Monthly random documentation selection and proofing of junior therapists
o Proof all new evals for new therapists for 90 days
90 day and yearly reviews for junior therapists
Staff morale boosting activities
* Support other Lead Therapists in leadership activities in order to help them be affective leaders for their teams
* Plan regular company-wide teambuilding activities off site
* Facilitate regular office morale boosting activities
* 1X/mo staff meeting Lunch
* Dress Up days
* Office Decorating
* Coffee or Breakfast
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
Therapist satisfaction/resolution
* Mediate between therapists and office staff when necessary to find acceptable resolutions for all in order to maintain a harmonious working environment fostering
Coordination and execution of mass screenings
* Work with the Clinical Director and other Lead Therapists to coordinate screenings at daycares, preschools, and private schools
* Execute screenings with appropriate marketing materials and screening materials
Support marketing campaigns/marketing materials/referral appreciation/referral relationships
* Organize and participate in community events
* Facilitate therapists to take pictures of kids meeting goals or having fun during therapy
* Facilitate therapists to make videos demonstrating parent tips/tricks/home ideas
* Facilitate therapists to make parent handouts
* Physician office visits
Therapist supply/ equipment need liaison between therapists and Clinical Director
* Communicate regarding monthly purchases and necessity of items to stay within budget
New hires- Orientation/Shadowing
* Orient to clinic and/or schools
* Orient to Evaluation Process
* Shadowing and additional activities
* Monitor ramping of caseload for new therapists
Parent liaison for new clients
* Contact new clients to educate on our services and answer difficult
Attend weekly Leadership meeting and weekly clinic staff meetings
* Bring all therapist's updates, questions and concerns as well as positive feedback to manager's meeting with a solution in mind for approval
Program development
* Information and ideas related to additional programming ex: Feeding, Splinting Casting and Orthotics, Aquatic Therapy, Autism Specific Programs, Intensives, Special Groups,
Assist Leadership Team in carrying out the overall mission and core values of the company
Master's Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech- Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) credential offered by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Must hold a current license in the state of practice(Florida)
Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development
