Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Partner with our talent acquisition team to manage communications with campus new hires, assist with onboarding, coordinating interviews, candidate sourcing, social media coordination and posting, updating Talent Acquisition information on internal website, assisting with the processing of invoices and check requests
Oversees the job posting process within our ATS (icims) as well as various other job boards
Coordinating job searches, creating and reviewing job postings, and assisting with job postings supporting our campus recruitment efforts
Develop and maintain reports within the ATS
Manage communications with the campus recruiting team members
Organize and execute the final candidate hiring process and communications
Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes
Administer various technology tools within the Talent & Culture team
Assist in the administration of various compliance programs
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Requires 1-3 years of job related experience, preferably in an HR environment
Previous administrative or project planning experience, preferably in a human resource environment
Exposure to a high volume, multi-site environment in professional services, preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
