Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab - Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our skilled nursing facility in Barre, VT!



Vermont license not required. Active LNA License from other states suffice



The primary purpose is the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment, under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.

 $10k-$15K Sign-On Bonus*

Rates:



$22- $32, with shift differentials

Shifts available:



Full-Time/PRN 7am- 3pm, 3pm- 11pm and 11pm- 7am  (every other weekend)



Qualifications:



Licensed Practical Nurse of this state



Responsibilities:



Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.



Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens.



Covid Vaccine required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring
