Job Description
Job summary: Join the Sales Development Team at BlueOptima, an international, fast-growing, revenue-generating scale-up. As a Sales Development Manager, you’ll be in a hands-on sales role that will be accountable for achieving sales targets, managing productivity, coaching and providing leadership to a growing sales team.
Your team will play a critical role in prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales leads and identify new markets and opportunities for BlueOptima. You will establish relationships with a pipeline of potential clients in the Fortune 500 space in multiple industries across the Americas.
Responsibilities and tasks:
Lead the effort on creating a top of funnel lead gen team within BlueOptima, fueling the enterprise sales teams with qualified opportunities.
Hire and scale the team to meet business goals and objectives.
Lead by example playing a hands-on role demonstrating SDR best practices and providing regular coaching and review.
Implement lead management and development best practices including metrics, quotas, activity, performance metrics, and measurements.
Develop SDRs to prepare them for growth into their career in BlueOptima.
collaborating with other functions such as marketing, customer success etc.
