Job Description

Lead Talent Acquisition product strategy that sets us up for success
Accountable for end-to-end market success and value realization of products
Ensure product alignment with business strategies and outcomes.
Define and communicate product vision, go-to market strategy and 3-year roadmap
Develop business case and value metrics based on market research
Engage stakeholders by listening and managing stakeholders’ expectations
Define user personas / day in life
Create demand/ epics in PPM
Ensure product is deployed, adopted and supported
Contribute to product development via (QPR) and inputs to product roadmap (N+2)
Engage with People COE (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Development) and Global people Operations through regular updates
Be deeply involved in helping to manage the backlog, triage issues, write PRDs, create well-defined stories along with BSA, and clarify requirements with the implementation team members.
Collaborate with systems engineers, developers, design, data science, UX, and behavioral researchers
