Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis
Job Description
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the Senior Manager, FP&A has three key responsibilities. First, to manage the company’s FP&A cycles including monthly/quarterly reporting to business partners/senior managers and the board of directors; second, to assist in developing the annual budget and regular forecast updates; and third, to act as a key interface with business stakeholders (including senior management) to take insights, learnings, and results in order to improve department, business unit, and company financial performance.
The Senior Manager, FP&A will become a finance partner of designated business partners and help manage team resources to design and develop reports in formats useful for all stakeholders. The position requires proactive communication with all data users to continuously improve outputs (financial reports, variance analysis, tracked metrics, etc.).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage budgeting/forecasting cycles including gaining input and consensus from business stakeholders, and then prepare outputs for review and approval
Manage, compile and analyze monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
Contribute to and manage team-wide projects including creating new standard reports
Manage/design and develop various financial models as required
