This position will work across all areas of Learning and Development &Talent Management in both a strategic and administrative capacity for the Reebok brand as part of the SPARC company.  The main objectives are for this person to create an L&D and Talent Management framework for the Reebok Brand that includes an overall strategic vision for the function, developing content and facilitation in the areas of learning platforms and leadership development.  This includes developing and implementing talent management programs to include performance management, talent assessment, development tools, and succession management driving through programs, events, and activities to support individual growth.  Additionally, this position will support our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy focusing on training content,  existing and new programs and events driven from the Brand’s overall DE&I strategy.    

Job Responsibilities:

Assess what SPARC has in place to determine what can be applied to Reebok.

Conduct data analysis and identify the learning and development needs of the organization.

Define Reebok’s L&D and TM vision, strategy and framwork.

Define L&D curriculumn for all levels at Reebok

Define Talent Management strategies and tools for Reebok.

Define a delivery strategy to all employees for all L&D, TM and PM tools

Implement talent and leadership concepts into the organization to increase the leadership strength and close the talent gap in the business.

Lead the integration of SPARC’s performance management tool for Reebok.

Support the Brand’s DE&I strategy by implementing training content, program design and key events.

Identify DE&I trends, external benchmarking opportunities and thought leadership to support the overall DE&I strategy for the Brand

Assist with more complex or longer-cycle projects including but not limited to, performance management, succession planning, development programs, and talent planning.

Ensure system integration for all talent programs under SPARC. 

Partner closely with HR teams to support consistent execution excellence of all talent programs in all locations. Upskill HR teams and business teams (if needed) on core talent programs and initiatives.

Lead Facilitator for in person/remote training workshops

Co-facilitate workshops and meetings with HR Partners/Business Leads . (e.g. succession & talent conferences, team development workshops etc.)

Create content and material for upskilling sessions and follow ups to support an effective learning transfer.

Lead key talent projects for the function to support business talent needs, actively participate and contribute to project with SPARC

Support any Talent ad hoc requests and other initiatives as required

Serve as the primary project and initiative manager for various short-cycle, and ad-hoc projects either driven by business needs or from SPARC


Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking skills

Creative problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and a healthy sense of urgency

Cross-functional experience in Talent areas (Talent Management, Leadership & Learning, Organizational Development); strong knowledge of the Talent core processes. Good understanding of integrated Talent experiences.

Commercial awareness, customer focus, understanding of HR and business strategy and processes.

Facilitation skills and internal consulting skills; ability to analyze the situation and provide effective solutions, basic program design skills, consulting mindset with good executional skills and follow through.

Skilled collaborator with HR, Talent, OPs, and business leaders to support the implementation of Leadership Development products

Willingness to pitch-in and lend a hand on any project or task that support the effectiveness of the Leadrship Development team

Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with minimal direction or supervision

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to create a variety of communication tools.

Exceptional written and verbal skills

Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner..

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present and sell concepts to senior stakeholders.

Ability to build trustful relationships with key stakeholders and HR partners, and manage conflicts.

Proven project management skills.

Requirements & EEO Statement:

University degree or equivalent preferably with a focus in Human Resources Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Psychology, Organizational Behavior.

Minimum of 5-7 years progressive work experience in HR with a specific focus on Learning and Development, Talent Management and Facilitation.

Experience in the implementation of HR Tools.

Experience in managing change initiatives.

Leading and managing through a divesture and integration
