Manager 2 - Training and Development

Position Details:



Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Horsham, PA is currently looking for a Training Manager / Call Center to join their expanding team.



Job Title: Training Manager / Call Center



Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 24 Months



Location: Horsham, PA



Hybrid - 3 days remote/2 days onsite



Note:



The client has the right-to-hire you as a permanent employee at any time during or after the end of the contract.

Job Description:



Hybrid - 3 days remote/2 days onsite



Evaluate and assess existing training and development programs.



Modify and update training materials.



Collaborate with stakeholders, internal departments, and external partners to develop training materials that achieve defined learning outcomes.



Development of learning curriculum based on department and organizational needs.



Create course materials and learning modules that are tailored to business goals and objectives.



Review procedures, processes, and systems continuously to determine where improvement can be made.



Coordinate with quality and analytic partners for data-based results to establish and improve baseline standards.



Facilitate the delivery of technology based, virtual learning and multimedia centered teaching.



Identify individual and organizational obstacles to learning and facilitating interventions.



Respond to trainee questions and adjust course content as required.



Establish performance evaluation feedback channels.



Partner with vendors and ensure they are executing on training strategy.
