Medical Office Associate I

Overview:

Atlantic Health System is currently seeking a Medical Office Associate I to work the day shift at Morristown Medical Center part of Atlantic Medical Group. 



Responsibilities:

 



The candidate will assume responsibility for front desk duties such as managing phones, checking in patients upon arrival, scheduling and confirming appointments, collecting co-pays, verifying insurance, scanning documents into the electronic medical record, processing medical records releases and other clerical duties as assigned.



Qualifications:

Education:



High School Diploma required



Qualifications/Requirements:



Prior administrative experience in a physician practice preferred



Computer literacy essential



Strong customer service skills a must



EPIC EMR experience a plus
