Paid Media Specialist

Overview:

As a voice for Lowes Foods, the Digital Media Specialist will utilize strong relationship management skills to ensure our agency partners stay true to our unique brand as we continue to break the mold of traditional supermarket expectations. You will oversee initiatives from the start of the creative process to final product completion, ensuring delivery of outstanding and engaging digital experiences that drive our consumer appeal.



 



The Digital Media Specialist drives social community strategy, management, and growth as well as contributes to and supports overall social media strategy. The position guides, develops, manages and provides insights on conversations about the Lowes Foods brand.



 



Serving as the primary public voice on owned social channels, this position plays a key role in driving public perception and social engagement for Lowes Foods. This role will leverage guest and market insights or trends, along with social listening, to ensure our messaging is targeted, timely, relevant and engaging.



In addition to driving the social strategy, this position will be instrumental in driving additional paid media campaigns across digitals to include SEM/Paid Search, PPC program, ad display in collaboration with the digital marketing team, our agencies and partners.



 



Ideal candidates will have marketing agency experience either directly or as a liaison.



Responsibilities:

Drive and execute the digital marketing strategy the social strategy for Lowes Foods across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. Requires strong partnership with our local social team to ensure alignment across all platforms.



Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving guest engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.



Collaborate with digital marketing manager and media agency to drive powerful paid search campaigns to support marketing initiatives as well as evergreen campaigns.



Monitor the latest trends and changes in digital media and the digital landscape, including advertising strategies, formats, channels and technologies.



Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, merchandising, guest insights and eCommerce teams to create integrated social media and paid search strategies.



Utilize website analytic platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SOCi, Facebook Business Manager and agency tools to create reporting and share key insights with cross-functional teams.



Create & analyze reports for trends and solutions to optimize digital media performance daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly.



Help provide real-time insights to optimize digital campaigns immediately, short term, and/or long term.



Performs all other duties as assigned by manager.



Qualifications:

Possess strong creative writing skills and ability to edit content required. Extensive knowledge of social media and advertising platforms to include: Facebook Business Manager, SOCi, LinkedIn, Google Ad Manager, Sitecore and Bronto. 3 to 5 years of experience in Social & Paid Media, agency experience is a plus. Blogging experience preferred. Experience in photoshop a plus. Strong organization skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment.
