Med Spa Manager

Starwood Med Spa is looking for an experienced Med Spa Manager to oversee an upbeat, friendly, outgoing team in a fast paced and growing clinical environment. Qualified candidates must have experience and knowledge in the Aesthetic/Med Spa field. The ideal candidate will have aesthetic/med spa management/sales knowledge and experience. They will also have exceptional customer service, management skills, and a desire to grow within a well-established and growing company. Starwood Med Spa Managers must be able to adapt quickly, meet monthly goals, be motivated and motivate the team, and most of all be a pro-active team player. The manager will report to the Director of Operations and will work closely with them to ensure the success of Starwood Med Spa.


Oversee staff during business hours to ensure the best experience and client satisfaction from check in to check out

Manage daily appointments, stocking of inventory, phone calls, daily scans, and ensuring opening and closing duties are completed appropriately

Ensures team members are completing their assigned daily duties, and are meeting the required expectations and goals

Achieving and or surpassing all monthly & quarterly membership, retail sales goals and profitability

Assist team with sales of products, services, memberships and promotions

Work closely with the Director to train, monitor and coach performance of the team

Assists in providing excellent service to clients, vendors, and guests

Maintains a professional, clean and safe clinic environment for employees and clients/guests

Ensures employee work time is properly recorded and any staffing issues are reported to the Director

Maintain employee satisfaction by keeping stock of refreshments and ensuring all breaks are distributed fairly, yet effectively

Conduct daily walk-throughs of the spa to assure cleanliness, faculty maintenance, equipment, protocol, and procedures

Assist Directors with in-store events and product launches

Maintains inventory and inputs order requests in timely manner

Works cohesively with Director of Operations and the Director of Marketing to implement marketing promotions and events

Prepare various reports for Directors and Owners

Attends all required meetings such as: weekly one on one with Director of Operations, staff meetings, morning huddles, any spa training on new services and products, etc.

Other duties as assigned

Reliable attendance, and ability to work flexible days and hours

Education, Skills and Training:

2+ Management and sales experience in service/retail industry, preferably in the Med Spa Industry

Ability to identify problems and solve appropriately

Must be a confident, proactive, adaptive leader. Sets the example for the team

Able to effectively communicate information to the Director in a timely manner

Must adhere to all applicable local and state medical spa compliance licensing laws and regulations related to the operation of the business

Knowledge of and compliance with all labor and employment laws applicable to clinic employees

Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with the team

Follows management's policies, procedures and direction

Must be able to use office equipment including telephones, copier/printer, Microsoft Office and Apple Products

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
