IT E-Lab Support Technician

About Us:



On-Board PMO, Incorporated is an on-site contract service provider for a local manufacturing entity providing full time positions to our employees. We offer medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401k after a probationary time.



Position Details:



Title: IT E-Lab Support Technician 



Position Type: Full Time/Contract



Shift: M-F, 8am-5pm



Pay Rate: $20/hr



Location: Washington, WV

Duties and Responsibilities:



 



Support entire PC lifecycle including inventory, installation, deployment, break-fix (HW and SW), asset return and end of life management.



2nd Level dispatched and escalated support with walk-up support (in-person).



Provide remote support via MSRA, Teams, RDP, and other approved tools.



Provide feedback and help maintain knowledge base content.



Manage support tickets to resolution, including collaboration with other teams.



Provide user support for mobile devices including Android and iOS.



Provide support for non-user PCs such as conference rooms, kiosks, as well as manufacturing critical workstations.



Provide training and education for business users.



Be a customer ambassador – ensuring customers' needs are heard, addressed, and resolved to satisfaction.



 



 



Qualifications:



Bachelor’s degree OR Associate degree or equivalent experience and/or certifications.



Two years' experience in customer service.



Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.



Strong internal and external customer acumen, working with each customer at the highest levels of ethics and integrity.



Strong written & verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of users, co-workers, management, and c-suite executives.



Experience in remote troubleshooting and repair.



Working proficiency of Windows 10 Enterprise environment.



Working proficiency of Office 365



5 years customer service



Experience with Microsoft Modern Device Management (Intune, SCCM, & AutoPilot)
