Propeller is seeking a passionate and self-motivated Presentation Specialist with graphic design capabilities to develop executive-level presentations for clients to bring their campaign goals, brand narrative, and strategies to life with compelling content and visuals.This role is a full-time position. We are based in Summit, NJ, however, we are currently working remote.Your core responsibilities include:



Work closely with Art Director on creating and formatting PowerPoint templates and presentations, and various materials for print and digital collateral



Design and prepare visually engaging presentations with compelling content and imagery that make an impact and tell a story



Effortless storytelling and communication with amazing attention to detail



Ensure brand is consistent and the message matches the company brand, style guidelines, values, mission, and goals



Ability to work on many client deadline-driven projects simultaneously, and work within a creative team setting



 



To be successful in this role, you will need:



5 years expertise in PowerPoint including use of multiple masters, color themes, animations, transitions, actions, hyperlinking, interactivity, graphics, charts, and videos



Ability to create infographics that transform words into visuals



Possess strong technical skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and PowerPoint



Work well under pressure, time-sensitive, and rapidly evolving situations



Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule



Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field



Experience using Excel, Word, and Sketch with UI/UX a plus



Experience within a pharmaceutical environment a plus
