Machine Operator – 1st Shift

We are currently offering a $500 SIGN ON BONUS! 

New full-time employees, will receive their bonus in two installments:

$250 Paid after 3 months of employment

$250 Paid after 6 months of employment

We provide standard magnetic cores and accessories as an authorized distributor of several product lines and through our manufacturing services department we machine custom products to meet customer specifications.


Our Machine Operators are responsible for operating various pieces of machine shop equipment used to manufacture magnetic products. Operators may perform setups and adjustments on specific machines.


Operate various pieces of grinding equipment to gap magnetic cores.

Inspect first piece and finished product to ensure specifications are met using various pieces of measuring equipment including; bridges, calipers, and micrometers.

Reads and understands manufacturing instructions (MI’s) with direction from other personnel.

Notify department manager or Supervisor of problems with equipment and/or product.

Follow all safety, quality and departmental procedures.


Additional Responsibilities:

Perform various filling or assembly operations using epoxies and/or glues and associated clamping devices.

May assist with various house cleaning and maintenance duties.

Perform other duties as assigned in order to meet organizational and customer objectives and business conditions.

Have a mechanical aptitude

Adhere to health and safety regulations

Are able to make mathematical calculations efficiently and accurately

Experience using various measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and microscopes

Machining experience such as ferrite machining and/or operating surface grinders

Sharp eye for detail and a team player

Good communication skills

Are eager to learn new skills and seeking career progression

Are a US citizen due to ITAR regulations.
