Operations/Credit Support Specialist I
Overview:
Univest Capital is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join our Warminster team.
Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree a plus 2+ years Equipment Leasing Operations or similar experience
Must present a neat, professional appearance following established guidelines for appropriate dress
Must be organized, committed, self-starting, and goal oriented
Demonstrated verbal, written and excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently with minimal direction, to assess and follow priorities, to meet deadlines, and to follow through for all requirements
Proven PC skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and general office equipment experience (printers, faxes, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all duties surrounding: application entry and determining what reports to provide to Credit for the review process, daily data transfer between front end system to accounting system daily
Primary contact for and report generation for insurance program
File room management
Facility coordination, equipment maintenance, manage off site shipments for scanning contracts.
Prepare Fedex shipments.
Backup for facility management.
Must learn to prepare and be responsible for timely adverse action (Reg B) notifications.
Must learn to navigate information in Dollars System to provide competent customer service for internal and external calls.
Other administrative duties as assigned Perform additional duties as required and assist VP Operations with projects as directed.
Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position including the Univest Code of Conduct
