·     Oversee one or more products or services, monitoring and modifying elements of the marketing mix (features, communications, distribution channels, prices)



·     Influence the development and enhancement of services, products and systems, and oversees the management and planning of business opportunities



·     Accountable for product profitability and customer satisfaction



·     Initiate creation of new products



·     Identify how new products may create new markets



·     Identify how to adapt existing products to new markets



·     Build long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders



·     Act as a single point of contact and facilitates access to colleagues and subject matter experts



·     Maintain a strong understanding of the industry, business drivers and competitors, and assists in the formation of product strategies



·     Negotiate at senior level on technical and commercial issues



·     Govern and manage resources, ensures delivery of effective services/ resources in line with current and planned demand
